Food entrepreneurs interested in starting a business are invited to join a 6-week Restaurant Startup Boot Camp Program to help jump-start their careers and build their business plans for a strong and prosperous future.

Our signature Restaurant Boot Camp program provides required industry certifications and food safety classes, in addition to education on business planning, purchasing and how to manage the day to day operations.

The Fuerza Local Community Kitchen is a collaborative space managed by Local First Arizona Foundation that helps build small food businesses, support resilience in underserved communities and nurture Arizona’s growing culinary economy.
