10th Annual Superior Prickly Pear Festival ( Discover the Potential of the Incredible Sonoran Desert)

Designed to educate and celebrate the Incredible Edible Desert in Superior, Arizona.

“Discovering the Potential of the Incredible Sonoran Desert!”

Starting with a 7AM: prickly pear foraging, followed by a Pancake Breakfast by the local SFD. Guest speakers will be discussing food education, harvesting, foraging, demos, and preparation of edibles, along with retail venders, art works, food trucks and a beer garden with live entertainment.

Local restaurants will also be serving a desert-related dish or beverage.
