The Local First Community Kitchen is a collaborative space that helps build small food businesses, support resilience in undeserved communities and nurture Arizona’s growing culinary economy.

Food entrepreneurs interested in starting a business are invited to join a 6-week Restaurant Startup Boot Camp Program to help jump-start their careers and grow their business without the cost and liability in equipping, managing and maintaining your own commercial facility.

Our signature program provides required industry certifications and food safety classes, in addition to education on business planning, purchasing and how to manage the day to day operations.
