The Arizona Farm to School Collaborative adapts the proven Farm to School Institute model to Arizona’s unique landscape. This project has been developed by the Mollen Foundation, in partnership with the Arizona Farm to School Network. Generously funded by the USDA’s Office of Community Food Systems FY24 Farm to School Grant, the Collaborative comes at no charge to school, district, or early childhood teams, and funds a $2500 stipend* for all coaches who fulfill their coaching commitment through Spring 2026.
Program Highlights:
Build a Team: Foster cross-department collaboration among teachers, administrators, and child nutrition staff for shared leadership and growth.
Comprehensive Support: Partner with a dedicated Farm to School Coach for guidance throughout the program.
Create an Action Plan: Develop a school-wide plan rooted in your values, integrating curriculum, local procurement, youth voices, and community connections.
Develop Skills: Engage in hands-on workshops and receive targeted technical assistance to enhance your program.
Connect with Peers: Network with practitioners, teams, and community partners for support, resources, and inspiration.
