eeding The Future is a BWP signature event that unites top Phoenix and Tucson Chefs and high school, middle and elementary students from around the Valley to create a new vision for school food. Held for the past four years (except for last year) students and their Chef Mentors create school meals that meet National School Lunch Program's nutrition, cost, and organizational requirements of the school food environment. They present their meals to judges who choose a winner. The top three teams earn scholarships and/or prizes.
