Tour the USGS RestoreNet field trial sites and hear about the first year results.

U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) researchers and land managers are co-producing a network of restoration field trial sites on DOI and surrounding lands in the southwestern U.S. including sites on the Flying M Ranch and Bar-T-Bar Ranch. The network systematically tests restoration treatments across a broad range of landscape, soil, and climate conditions.

Molly McCormick, USGS Ecologist and RestoreNet Coordinator, and Katie Laushman, USGS Field Manager, will lead our Day on the Land tour of the field trial sites located on Flying M and Bar T Bar Ranches and discuss their first year findings and where the study is headed.
