You will get your hands messy as you learn to make Sonoran Style Tortillas from the Tortillero Primero of Benny Blanco Tortillas. We’ll be using Hayden Flour Mills stone milled wheat, and cold pressed olive oil from the fine folks at Queen Creek Olive Mill. You’ll learn to knead, press, roll and cook the best tortillas known to man. For it is known that “Happiness is a Warm Tortilla”.

Eating tortillas since shortly after birth in Tucson, Az, Christopher developed a love of culinary arts of all types, but especially those Mexican in nature.
