Suzette with Garden Goddess Ferments will be showing attendees' how to make fermented vegetables using the ingredients from her recently published children's book, Sasha and Sheila. Sasha and Sheila are best friends that learn to make fermented Broccoli, Cauliflower and dill. Or other vegetables that you find in season at your local farmers market. You will learn about picking the right veggies to the best fermentation container for your kitchen along with the history and benefits of fermented foods.
