Carney created Dirt Lady Bread as a response to her community: clean-ingredient bread that is beneficial to the planet and our bodies. Using organic and regenerative organic ingredients, Carney is trying to bridge the gap of gluten intolerance and return bread to a food of celebration, not inflammation.
