Christopher Hudson purchased the fledgling Benny Blanco Tortillas in 2018 as an escape from the corporate hellscape. In 5 years, the Arizona native took the garage-based business from 1,000 tortillas a week to 15,000 in a commercial facility. Prioritizing local ingredients, and taking no shortcuts, he is creating Tortilla Snobs around every corner.
With no formal business training, but dedicated to treating his customers like he wishes he was treated, his growth has been limited only by his ability to produce. New equipment and nationwide shipping is on the near horizon.
