Janna is driven to work with heirloom southwest varieties like White Sonoran Wheat, Chapalote corn, Maktoom Dates and Rio Bavispe pinto beans (which have almost faded into extinction, never to be seen again), to bring back availability of these seeds and find new uses for them.
