Start a Farmers Market Business During the Pandemic

Our communities, urban and rural, are urgently seeking low-contact, fresh, nutritious, and comforting foods. Across Arizona, Farmers Market & Farm Box participation is increasing, often doubling and tripling! What better way to support your own community’s health than by launching that farmers market business you’ve always dreamed of?

Local First Arizona partnered with the Graham County Chamber of Commerce to host a webinar to explore “How to Start a Farmers Market Business During the Pandemic”. This free webinar discussed the ins and outs of selling your home- or small farm-grown produce, bread, jams, or eggs through a farmers market or market box.

The webinar was recorded and is available for free viewing here. The full PowerPoint presentation with links can be downloaded as a PDF here.

While all Arizonans may find value in the content, this webinar was geared toward potential Graham County food entrepreneurs.
