We loved getting a taste of Gilbert at last week at the Arizona Food & Farm Forum! From tortillas, to chocolate, BBQ sauce, honey and everything in between - Gilbert is chock-full of great foodie finds. Here are some of our favorites, all available at the Gilbert Farmers Market or Gilbert-based businesses.
Benny Blanco Tortillas
Benny Blanco Tortillas are created from scratch in their home kitchen using Arizona-grown and -milled flour (from Hayden Flour Mills) — and you can taste the freshness when a local business sources locally! Available at the Gilbert Farmers Market.
Muesliikon
Muesliikonon does more than sell some of Arizona’s only local muesli, they also have Muesliikon Green Cafe in Gilbert where you can find smoothies, acai bowls, and of course, muesli. Available at the Gilbert Farmers Market and the MuesliiKon Green Cafe (81 S McQueen Rd #105).
Bergie’s Coffee
Bergie’s Coffee is downtown Gilbert’s local coffee roaster. They roast a large variety of coffee beans to have a flavor that will delight everyone! Available at the Gilbert Farmers Market and Bergie’s Coffee Roast House (309 N Gilbert Rd). The roast house is also a comfortable and friendly place to stop in for your morning jo or an afternoon pick-me-up.
Arizona Wilderness Brewing Company
Need an excuse to hit happy hour? Get this: Arizona Wilderness Brewing Company sources locally for the ingredients in their beers, as well as the items on their food menu! Try out a flight and take a sip of Arizona’s beauty and diversity at their Gilbert or Downtown Phoenix locations.
MJ Chocolate Couture
If you have a craving for chocolate and fudge in Gilbert, we have the answer for you! MJ Chocolate Couture offers truffles, chocolate, and fudgey creations online for pick-up at the Gilbert Farmers Market.
Joe’s Real BBQ

The Gilbert Farmers Market just started its summer hours! Visit every Saturday throughout the summer from 7am-12pm to get your own taste of Gilbert.
