Growing up, Christine Boerner spent more time in her parents' pastry shop than she did at home learning the fundamentals of their trade along the way. After graduating high school she graduated at the top of her class from a chocolate and pastry apprenticeship in Switzerland, and soon thereafter she opened her own shop in Phoenix called The Baker's Daughter.
The Baker's Daughte Specialized in chocolates, however it is also a nice sit down place for coffee and Sunday breakfast.
