Schreiner’s Fine Sausage was founded by Hugo Schreiner in 1955. At age 13, Gary Schiller began working at Schreiner’s on the weekends. When he was 20, he bought the business from Hugo with a $5,000 loan from his parents.
Gary’s wife, Nancy Schiller, started working at Schreiner’s 30 years ago and now runs the business. The location is the same as it was 48 years ago, right down to the red-and-white paint. Quality ingredients and a high level of customer service are the staples that have helped this family business thrive for almost 50 years. With over 60 varieties of homemade sausages, as well as a variety of homemade lunch meats, slab bacon, hickory-smoked hams and more, we have something for every need and occasion.
