Moonrise Farms is a small diverse farm growing on about two acres. They believe in organic methods and grow a wide variety of vegetables in season. In addition to vegetables, they sell organic heirloom and open-pollinated vegetable starts in the springtime for home gardeners. They also raise a few chickens, goats, turkeys and pigs. The animals are raised for eggs, home dairy, and meat. Their produce is sold primarily at local farmers markets and though our CSA. They take live-in volunteers and hire interns during the growing season.
