Putting food to work in many different ways.
Fresh, hyper-local agricultural products are obtained from small to medium sized producers then distributed to consumers in Central Arizona. Green on Purpose works with each producer to make sure the services we provide address their critical, individual needs to deliver a unique array of quality food items to those wishing to purchase those items. This system provides logistical and selling power to these growers at a reasonable cost so they can focus on what they do so well, grow food.
Our mission does not stop there.
The work force needed to obtain, transport, handle and deliver these hyper-local food items supplies vocational training and life skills acquisition to developmentally delayed individuals and veterans to assist them in becoming self-empowered members of our community. Our products and services are not just offered to businesses or individuals but gets much needed fresh, nutritional food items into areas of Phoenix typically devoid of these items. We will not just make this food readily available in these locations but will offer nutritional education and instructional venues for food preparation. All leftover materials are composted or repurposed in such a manner to enhance the environment and not become a detriment to the natural landscape.
Whatever it takes to get the job done. Please call and inquire.
