Essence Bakery Cafe is a casual dining restaurant serving breakfast and lunch Monday to Friday, and Brunch on Saturday. The Cafe specializes in dishes made with fresh, locally grown and as many organic ingredients as possible. The menu offers breakfasts and sandwiches made from scratch, organic salads and a vast choice of pastries. Chef/owner Eugenia Theodosopoulos creates award-winning French macarons and croissants and was recognized for her efforts in 2011 as the Arizona Culinary Hall of Fame Pastry Chef Extraordinaire.
